PowerLifting Princess
I am a strong woman. I'm not conceited, nor full of myself. I'm just stating the facts. I can lift heavy things, and pride myself in my super hero feats. Yet, I am struck by how much people assume that just because you are strong and muscular insinuates you're a bad-ass. I'm actually far from it. I've never been in a bar fight or hair pulling cat brawl but, if you must know I've come close to it....
When most 5-year-old girls were playing with Barbies I was adorned in pink leg warmers, working out to Jane Fonda videos. Since then fitness and health has been a growing passion fueled by the need to help others.kim

Kim Coronel is a 2005 Liberal Arts graduate of The Evergreen State College, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Metabolic Effect Group Fitness Instructor and Trainer. In her off time she loves traveling to tropical destinations, relaxing and writing her quarter life memoir about body image, fitness, the journey to find balance. Kim continues to prove fitness can break many boundaries, it doesn’t have to be completely systematic and routine; physical training can be an art form, creative, intuitive, unconventional and full of life.
