“Although I danced modern for several years I could never say that I was “fit”. After an unfortunate injury to my arches in 2006 I was unable to continue dancing and my activity level plummeted. Having Kimberly Coronel as my Personal Trainer has made a difference in my life. Prior to injuries, I was a tennis player….totally addicted to it. I’ve also played golf, volleyball, basketball, softball, badminton, etc. These were FUN sports. Working in the gym with Kimberly is NOT fun, but it is helping me mentally, physically, and I show up and do what Kimberly asks me to do (although I grumble about it sometimes). She has such a contagious smile and is a pleasure to work with. So, I’ll keep showing up (unless I’m eventually able to get back on the tennis court!).

Beware: Kim’s enthusiasm is highly contagious. Before I know it I’m doing things I would not elect to do in a rational state!! The good news is that Kim knows what I am capable of better than I do!!
